En el ámbito laboral, no siempre estamos de acuerdo con nuestros colegas o superiores, pero cómo lo expresamos marca la diferencia.
Aquí te dejamos algunas frases útiles para expresar desacuerdo de manera amable en inglés:

- I do respect your point, but in my opinion…
- I take your point. That wouldn’t be how I see it; I think that…
- There is some truth to what you’re saying but don’t you think that…
- I’m sorry but I have to disagree with you on…
- I’m sorry but I disagree with you on this.
- I’m not sure I agree with you on…
- I think you and I have different views on this issue.
- I’m afraid I must disagree.
- I’m sorry but I don’t agree.
- I don’t see it that way.
- I respectfully disagree.
- I have a completely different opinion on that.
Siempre ofrece una solución alternativa luego de expresar tu desacuerdo. De esta manera demuestras buena voluntad y justificas tu negativa:
- Instead, I think we should/could…
- My suggestion would be to…
- An alternative solution might be…
- What do you think about ... instead?
- If you ask me, I think we should…
Usar un tono respetuoso mantendrá el diálogo abierto y enfocado en la solución. ¿Cuál de estas expresiones usarías en tu próxima reunión?
